Get fit this year with the YMCA at Lake Houston. On Saturday, January 14 the Y will host an open house free to the community.

Join them for a day of fun family activities, group exercise classes, prizes, and more. According to their website, the first fifty guests will receive a complimentary YMCA workout towel. They will be offering free registration fees during the month of January.

The YMCA offers a wellness center, heated pool and several fitness classes and community resources. The Lake Houston Family YMCA is located at 2420 W. Lake Houston Parkway, in Kingwood.
