Oakhurst at Kingwood Report New Home Sales Surpassing Last Year

New-home sales in Oakhurst at Kingwood are up nearly 10 percent over the same time last year, showcasing the community's growing popularity and demand for its wide variety of new homes.

Located just off US 59 in the Kingwood area, Oakhurst at Kingwood features new homes priced from the $140,000s to the $700,000s by Lennar, Meritage Homes, Village Builders, and Frontier Custom Builders. New home designs include a wide variety of one- and two-story floor plans as well as luxury patio homes and stunning custom designs.

One of the newest sections open is the Enclave at Oakhurst - a gated neighborhood along the scenic Oakhurst Golf Course, where Village Builders is featuring its elegant, low maintenance patio home designs.
