Story time is a wonderfully intimate time between parent and child; it is also a very critical time for children. Reading helps develop their language skills and attention spans. A group story time allows little ones to learn group dynamics. Story time also teaches grown ups and older children how to communicate with little ones.
Kingwood Library invites children to story time each Wednesday and Thursday. Infant story is Wednesday at 10am for those up to 15 months. Toddler story time is Wednesdays at 11am and Thursdays at 10am for children ages 16 to 36 months. Preschool story time is Thursdays at 11am for children ages 3 - 5 years old. Each week the children get to enjoy songs, stories, and other activities!
